Stacy Dillard

Raised in Muskegon Heights, Michigan, Stacy Dillard is a tenor saxophonist known for his large, rich tone and fusion of tradition and innovation. After studying at Central State University in Ohio, an encounter with Wynton Marsalis in Dayton encouraged him to move to New York, where he has recorded as a leader and as a sideman on over 40 albums while also leading his own groups including cPhyve, cPhour, and The Other Side.
