Spike Sikes & His Awesome Hotcakes

Spike Sikes & His Awesome Hotcakes is a Sonoma County-based ensemble led by El Paso native Spike Sikes, who studied jazz at the University of North Texas and formed the band in 2014. The group blends soul, swing, rhythm & blues, jazz, blues, and jump into a distinctive contemporary sound rooted in classic American musical traditions, and has won multiple Northern California awards including Best Blues Band.
