Peter Kronreif

Austrian-born, Brooklyn-based drummer and composer Peter Kronreif has built an international career across jazz and contemporary music since moving to New York in 2010. A Hans-Koller Prize winner as "Sideman of the Year," he leads the group WAYFARERS and has collaborated with artists including Donny McCaslin, John Medeski, Seamus Blake, and Thana Alexa. In 2025, he joined Kunst-Universität Graz as Professor of Jazz Drums.
