Evan Price is a versatile violinist and composer best known for his work with the GRAMMY-winning Turtle Island Quartet and The Hot Club of San Francisco. A native of Detroit with roots in classical, folk, blues, and jazz traditions, he is recognized as one of the world's most confident voices in extra-classical string playing, having composed and premiered works including a Concerto for Jazz Violin and Orchestra.
